Job Title : Senior Strategic Partnership Lead

Experience : 6 – 8 years

Job location : Pune

Core Responsibilities : 

  • Responsible to drive acquisition through the Strategic partnership channel for EarlySalary
  • Strong business development skills set to go acquire new and large partnerships across domains
  • Build & Managing the existing relationship with partner and driving consistent sales from the relationship
  • Identify and build strategic partnership with Digital lending aggregators, distribution partners and other channel partnerships
  • PL ownership for strategic partnerships and responsible for partner revenue growth and business growth.
  • Own end to end customer journey / experience of the channel by working closely with partner as well as internal stakeholders
  • Analyse funnel and customer behaviour subject to the channel and work with the analytics and product / tech team on optimising the funnel.
  • Identify opportunities for acquiring new customers by exploring partnership within the category and beyond it
  • Driving month on month growth for this channel
  • Discussing and finalising commercials of partnership based on organisation KPis and target CAC
  • Creating awareness about the funnel / growth among partners and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, deliver and execute successful results.

Preference and Experience:

  • Strong business development skill set is essential.
  • Preferably worked with either Fin-Tech or Financial Institution.
  • Prior experience of working with Loan aggregators & DSA.

Academic qualifications :

  • Must be an MBA / equivalent.
