Job Title : Merchant Success Manager (KAM) – Insurance Tech 

Experience : 1 – 3 years
Job location : Pune

Core Responsibilities : 

  • Revenue generation from the accounts closed by BD thorough Merchant relationship building, periodic follow-ups.
  • Work with merchants & their agents to identify pains & pass on feedback to product & tech.
  • Work with internal teams & risk to reduce rejection rates and drops offs.
  • Get a higher share of the merchant’s customers by relationship building.
  • Make quarterly business plans with merchants and show the forecast of what we can achieve .
  • Cross sell and upsell. 

Preference and Experience :

  • Personified professional and Proficient in communication. 
  • Capable of managing the merchant grievances, queries & issues. 
  • Will need to travel to merchant locations. 
  • Flexible to be responsive over the weekends.
  • Strong command over data fetching and analysis. 
  • Preferred experience as Key Account Manager in Insurance / Payment Gateway companies.

Academic qualifications :

  • Graduate with Sales Experience /MBA preferred.
