Job Title :  Lead- Fund raising & investor management

Experience : 5 + years

Job location : Pune

  • Lead and manage debt partnerships: by building and leveraging networks with NBFCs, banks, other financial institutions and rating agencies.
  • Develop a solid knowledge of lending products to work on structuring NBFC partnerships for the firm
  • Create a systematic, process-driven approach to debt partner outreach and relationship management
  • Maintain required data in the desired format, keep reporting key performance metrics and keep the data pack up to date.
  • Research debt partners, identify key players, understand their products, and create a compelling case for EarlySalary partnership.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with the company’s guidelines and policies
  • Build the supply side of the new-age NBFC by cultivating and growing new relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Develop and manage relationships with Banks, NBFCs, Financial Institutions and other stakeholders
  • Explore and structure transactions with various kinds of financial institutions
  • Assist in preparation and submission of information requests from existing and potential lenders
  • Attend to queries/clarifications from banks/financial institutions on time
  • Structure and lead the negotiations on the term sheets with the lenders
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders like legal and treasury for smooth and timely execution of deals
  • Assist in financial planning and building operations

Functional Competencies: Preferred

  • Education: MBA from Premier institute / CA.
  • Experience in debt fund raising and who independently raised funds.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact at all levels of financial institutions including top management
