Brief – EarlySalary is the country’s largest Salary Advance and Digital Lending start-up and today working closely with companies to offer financial wellness and instant salary advance solutions to corporate employees. The incumbent shall act as a first point of contact for corporate client, liaison with Corporate HR Head (CHROs) & HR team. He /she shall be responsible for improving the relationship & overall business between ES & the corporate. 

Job Title : Key Account Manager – Corporate Sales
Experience : 4 – 8 years
Job location : Pune

Core Responsibilities :   

  • Responsible for nurturing the corporate relation.
  • Ensuring consistent growth in the business flow by improving on employee level penetration by adding more end users of ES.
  • Work closely with the marketing & engagement team and optimizing the employee engagement by innovative and new age engagement options.
  • Conducting regular business review with the corporate showcasing business improvement. 
  • Setting expectation & ensuring delivery from the corporate’s side towards business growth. 
  • Highly results driven, comfortable working in a fast moving and multi-tasking environment
  • Good relationship manager, consultative sales & analytical skills.
  • Capable of identifying client’s requirements & thereby offering desired solution. 
  • Drive the entire cycle from initial HR engagement to account management and covering the employee engagement.
  • Identifying & closing cross – sell & upsell opportunities. 
  • Collaborate with the cross functional teams to plan and execute the objective of continuous business improvement. 
  • Study competitor activities and tracking of the business figures to formulate strategies.
  • Work extensively & engage at CXO levels to maintain health corporate relationship. 
  • Passionate about using technology to demonstrate and promote programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem solving, relationship building skills.
  • Must be a self-starter and work with a sense of urgency.
  • Should possess Knowledge of the Fintech industry.
  • Should have a background of enterprise sales, relationship management. 

Preference and Experience:

  • Desired industries– IT consulting, training and assessment skills, software products like HRMS tools, assessment software, skill up skilling programs, financial software, fintech, HR- recruitment, HR Tech, etc.
  • Work days – Young and dynamic individual willing to work 5 days a week
  • Soft skills – Excellent communication skills and networking ability with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners and candidates)

Academic qualifications :

  • MBA / equivalent
