Executive/Sr. Executive – Collections/Customer Service

Job Location:

Person must have strong understanding with Customer Service Skills having worked in either BPO/ Banks/NBFCs/ Startup. This position requires attention to detail, a sense of ownership, and a passion for delivering results in a fast-paced, agile environment. Person should have 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service & specifically calling exp is a must  & should have good MS office expertise

Day to day Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers always.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels like Calls , Email or Chat.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.


Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Preferred Graduate/MBA from any stream, Non grads with experience will be considered
  • 1-3 years of Voice & Non-Voice experience in any industry, Preferred Startup/BPO/ NBFC/ Banks
  • Ready to work Mon- Sat, Working hours 10:00- 7:00 PM , Saturdays – 10:00 -3:00 Pm and will be flexible to stretch working hours proactively if required .
  • Excellent Customer Service & People Attitude

Good Communications skills, Fluent English is Mandate, Regional language would be an advantage
